Abemaxen 150 Tablets — Abemaciclib 150 mg (60 Tabs) Everest
Abemaxen 150 mg (Abemaciclib) is a targeted CDK4/6 inhibitor and a generic equivalent to Verzenio. It works by inhibiting cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6, enzymes that are crucial for cell division. By blocking these pathways, Abemaciclib arrests the cancer cell cycle, preventing tumor growth and proliferation.
Manufacturer: Everest Pharmaceuticals (Bangladesh). Unlike some other drugs in its class, Abemaciclib is taken continuously without a break week, ensuring constant suppression of cancer cells.
Key Features:
- ✅ Cell Cycle Arrest: Stops cancer cells from replicating.
- ✅ Combination Therapy: Highly effective when used alongside hormonal therapies like fulvestrant or aromatase inhibitors.
