Payment and Delivery
We ensure that you receive the necessary medications as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the available delivery methods within Ukraine and abroad.
Delivery within Ukraine
Shipping is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service. Delivery time usually takes 1–3 days depending on your location.
After shipping, you will receive an SMS with the tracking number (TTN) to track your parcel.
International Delivery
Shipping abroad is possible only via scheduled buses. This is due to customs restrictions of postal services on shipping medicines.
Mandatory Requirement
To ship abroad, a photo of the doctor's prescription is required. Without a prescription, bus drivers refuse to take the parcel to avoid problems at the border.
Payment Methods
Pay on Delivery (COD)
You pay for the goods at the Nova Poshta branch after inspecting the parcel. This is the safest method for new clients.
Card Payment
Full prepayment to a bank card. By choosing this method, you save on Nova Poshta's money transfer commission.
About Nova Poshta Commission
When choosing "Pay on Delivery", Nova Poshta charges a money transfer fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount. This fee is paid by the recipient.
Important
Please check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the order directly at the branch upon receipt. In case of damage, file a claim on the spot.
