Sofoxen 400 mg (Sofosbuvir) is a nucleotide analog NS5B polymerase inhibitor, acting as the backbone of modern Hepatitis C treatment regimens.
Manufacturer: Everest Pharmaceuticals. Each pack contains 28 tablets. It works by terminating the viral replication process directly within the liver cells.
Crucial Information:
Sofosbuvir is not a monotherapy. To cure Hepatitis C, it must always be combined with another Direct-Acting Antiviral (DAA) such as Daclatasvir, Ledipasvir, or Velpatasvir.
