Indicated for:
- Ovarian Cancer: First-line and second-line therapy.
- Breast Cancer: Adjuvant and metastatic treatment.
- Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
- Kaposi's Sarcoma.

⚠️ STRICT ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOLS:
- 🚫 Non-PVC Equipment Only: Use glass or polyolefin containers/tubing. The solvent leaches plasticizers from standard PVC.
- ⚙️ In-line Filter: Must be administered through a 0.22-micron in-line filter.
- 💉 Pre-medication: Mandatory corticosteroids and antihistamines prior to infusion to prevent hypersensitivity.
- Severe Neutropenia (< 1,500/mm³).
- Known hypersensitivity to Paclitaxel or polyoxyl 35 castor oil.
