Dosage and administration

Packaging: 4 mg capsules. ⚠️ ADMINISTRATION PROTOCOL (For HCC/Liver Cancer): Weight-based dosing: — Body weight ≥ 60 kg: 12 mg (3 capsules) once daily. — Body weight < 60 kg: 8 mg (2 capsules) once daily. For Thyroid Cancer (DTC): Recommended dose is 24 mg (6 capsules) once daily. Timing: Take orally once daily, at the same time each day, with or without food. Administration: Swallow whole. Do not open, crush, or chew the capsule.

Hypersensitivity to Lenvatinib. Pregnancy and breastfeeding (teratogenic effects). Severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh C) or severe renal impairment require careful monitoring.
