Palbotiz 100 (Palbociclib 100 mg) is a CDK4/6 inhibitor for breast cancer treatment.

The "Dose Modification" Role:
The 100 mg strength is primarily used for dose management. If a patient experiences significant side effects (like severe neutropenia) on the standard 125 mg dose, doctors prescribe this 100 mg dose. It allows the patient to stay on this life-extending therapy with a safer toxicity profile while maintaining efficacy.

Indicated for HR+/HER2- advanced or metastatic breast cancer:

Dosage: One 100 mg capsule daily.
⚠️ CYCLE SCHEDULE "21/7":
- 📅 On-Treatment: Take for 21 consecutive days.
- 🛑 Off-Treatment: Follow with 7 days off.
🍔 Food Requirement:
Must be taken WITH FOOD. Absorption is significantly reduced if taken on an empty stomach. Avoid grapefruit products.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Severe hypersensitivity to Palbociclib.
- Active severe infections.
Although 100 mg is better tolerated, monitoring is still required:
- 📉 Neutropenia: Low white blood cell count (main side effect).
- Fatigue & Weakness.
- Infections: Report any fever immediately.
- Stomatitis (mouth sores).
