⚠️ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Standard Dosage: 120 mg (3 tablets of 40 mg) taken orally once daily.

- Duration: Continue treatment as long as clinical benefit is observed or until hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
