Encoraf Capsules — Encorafenib 75 mg (90 Caps) Everest
Encoraf 75 mg (Encorafenib) is a potent targeted kinase inhibitor specifically designed to block the BRAF protein, serving as a generic equivalent to Braftovi. It treats cancers driven by a specific genetic mutation (BRAF V600). By inhibiting this mutated protein, the drug halts the signaling pathway that allows tumor cells to grow uncontrollably.
Manufacturer: Everest Pharmaceuticals (Bangladesh). It is almost exclusively used in combination therapy (e.g., with binimetinib for melanoma) for maximum efficacy.
Key Features:
- ✅ Targeted Action: Specifically attacks cells with the BRAF V600 mutation.
- ✅ Combination Power: Proven to work synergistically with MEK inhibitors (Binixen) or anti-EGFR antibodies.
- ✅ Dosage Form: 75 mg capsules designed for daily oral administration.
