Ruxotor Cream β Ruxolitinib 1.5% (15 mg/g) 30 g Tube
Ruxotor Cream (Ruxolitinib) is a breakthrough topical JAK inhibitor and a generic equivalent to Opzelura. It is a non-steroidal cream formulated to address chronic skin inflammation and depigmentation disorders.
Manufacturer: Everest Pharmaceuticals (Bangladesh). The cream works by penetrating the skin to inhibit JAK1 and JAK2 enzymes, interrupting the pathways responsible for eczema flare-ups and the loss of skin pigment in vitiligo.
Key Features:
- β Repigmentation: Promotes the return of natural skin color in patients with vitiligo (requires consistent long-term use).
- β Steroid-Free: Safe for long-term use on sensitive areas (face, neck, eyelids) without the thinning or atrophy risks associated with topical corticosteroids.
- β Itch Relief: Provides rapid reduction of itch and redness associated with atopic dermatitis.
Prescribed by dermatologists for adults and adolescents (12+ years):
- πΉ Non-segmental Vitiligo: For repigmentation of depigmented patches on the face and body.
